Jack L. Richardson, IV, is a fourth-generation attorney in one of Kentucky’s oldest family law firms, established in 1907. Jack has practiced law in Kentucky for 43 years and argued cases at the appellate levels of both the state and federal judicial system. Jack is also well known across the Kentucky Bluegrass state for his civic and community activities serving as a board member on a number of charitable organizations.

Like his great grandfather, who served in the Kentucky Senate, Jack is also committed to public affairs. Shortly before graduating from Samford University, he served as an intern in Washington, DC to US senator from Kentucky Marlo Cook. Jack has worked in presidential campaigns, served as a national delegate as well as a Presidential Elector and for 23 years has served on the statewide executive committee for the Kentucky Republican Party, where he assists in formulating policy and guiding state legislation action.

Jack Richardson is trained to argue the point, meaning that one must exclude all that is irrelevant to focus on the issue at hand. Jack has witnessed false narratives in Kentucky and beyond used to obfuscate the truth and wrote his book to expose the lies being used to deconstruct the nation’s foundations. Jack relishes defending the unmoving common-sense standards especially in the court of public opinion. Jack’s commentary appears in both print and broadcast, and in numerous articles including on Substack at Bluegrassjack.substack.com.
